English Support for Japanese Actors

A British actor, I’m a graduate of the Lee Strasberg Studio and also trained at the New College of Speech and Drama in London. 

The Method as developed by Lee Strasberg was a way of training the actor to achieve a truly moving performance. Infused with a vibrant inner life and experienced by the actor during performance as if for the first time.

I am trained and certified to teach English to speakers of other languages (CELTA – University of Cambridge) and combine this with my acting training. I provide you unique insights and development opportunity for your own talent. 

Additionally, I am certified by the Hollywood Film Institute as a Cinema Director and Line Producer. 

I have recently moved to Japan with my wife (who is pleased to be back in Japan) and 2 children. When I’m not teaching in Tokyo you will find me in the mountains of Nagano.
